Well, since I'm determined to lower myself to the power level of my playgroup, all these difficulties make Anthousa an excellent choice of commander for me. Here's my first stab at the deck. The goal is to win using her ability, so no token generation, or even other cards that turn lands into creatures, or they'll almost certainly overshadow poor terrible Anthousa. Besides that (rather significant) weakness, basically anything is on the table.
Funny enough, one of the most annoying parts of building around her has been that the lands don't change colors. Why aren't they green? Bleh.
Anyway, it's been fairly successful. I played 5 games with it so far, 2 3-player games and 3 4-player games. In all games, though, one person was especially weak and/or incompetent so it was closer to 2 2-player games and 3 3-player games. Anyway, I crushed the 3 player games so I was concerned I'd gone too powerful, but then I lost the 3 4-player games! A successful failure achieved!
