Now that Dovin Baan has left Ghirapur, the rebellion has been able to take a much better position within the city. The streets are now in open war with the consulate on one side and the rebellion on the other. The citizens are constantly frightened of the consulate's surveillance drones, of the rebel's aether bombs and of the conflict in general. Who will win the Siege of Ghirapur?
