Dr. Mikhail Keating - Two damage prevention keywords seem redundant, and deft is probably not going to do much other than stop your opponent from blocking this particular creature with the targeted creature, so you may as well make that what the keyword does anyway. I'm not sure how you mean for meditation to interact with 2 or more damage dealt by a source with deathtouch. This card is PACKED with abilities, frankly too many, and is besides that broken, being a repeatable Saffi Eriksdotter and a one-sided Coat of Arms - both really really strong cards - for just three mana.

Specter of Naught - Another case of too many keywords, and a couple of them really don't need to be keywords. Sinister is not only a redundant ability but it's way too powerful to appear on multiple cards. If you want this to be a keyword, it should be something like "can attack or block with one fewer creature" - that's a bit hard to word in rules text but it would be fine as reminder text, which is just a shorthand. Souldrink is very narrow; if there's an exile theme as indicated by soulstrike, I'd think souldrink would be an ability word for "Whenever a creature is exiled..." triggered abilities instead of always being lifegain for some reaosn. However, the Spirit of the Night reference(?) here pleases me, and the protection is really flavorful trinket text.

Razor-Gazer - Not overcomplicated, but I'm not sure whether or not this is too strong; the self-untapping might be a little bit much. Still, it's got one toughness and it's a fairly high-mana-cost multicolor legend, so there's some leeway. Still, puts Kamahl, Pit Fighter pretty much to shame, right?
Psst, check the second page of Custom Card Contests & Games! Because of the daily contests, a lot of games fall down to there.

Thanks. I updated the first post with the new cards using your critique.

Mikhail — this one had a lot of knobs and when thru a few different iterations. I tried to make it pushed but not overpowered. I thought by making it shockable that would "balance" it. But I ended up muddling it.
Deft was originally "one creature can't block" and it was called stealth. But I nerfed it.
Meditation is supposed to be a reverse persist in theory. The humans in this setting are the ones that come back.
The Adarkar Valkyrie ability was at first just an opponents creature, but I tried "that shares a creature type with a creature you control" to interact with the coat of arms but the text is too bulky.
I justified the last ability with "you can't shock a coat of arms"

Spectre of Naught — It's SOTN + Akroma more or less. Sinister was my attempt at "what's the strongest evasion ability outside of unblockable. I knew it was too strong but couldn't think of a fix. And I tried to figure out the best way to use the exile together but couldn't quite get it.

Razor-Gazer — Yeah, I don't think anyone would feel bad about obsoleting Kamahl. I wanted this guy to be scary. I think he's just about right. I was worried that the untap ability would put it over the top but I judged it by, "Is it more broken than Deadeye Navigator?" I decided no but pretty close in power. Funnily enough, I was worried about adding prowess but I think it brings it about in line with Deadeye powerwise while also making the untap less relavent.
