I'm looking for a decent decklist built around Giant Growth effects. Something like 75+% winrate against precons.

I want at least the deck to have the namesake card but other anything goes. I'd like to include Mavinda, Students' Advocate and Feather, the Redeemed and I'd like to avoid prowess type effects (because math is hard) and commander damage (it's a little too linear strategy).

I made a rough list but you don't have to stick to naya.

My first suggestion would be Gargos, Vicious Watcher, who has a lot of synergy with creature-targeting spells. Mono-green does limit your options somewhat though. If you want to be Naya, maybe Marisi, Breaker of the Coil? Shutting off your opponents' abilities to cast spells during combat means your combat tricks will be better, since you can't be 2-for-1'd by removal. General Tazri could also work if you wanted to tutor for Zada, Hedron Grinder every game.

Beyond that... Mirrorwing Dragon is one card not in your list that seems like it could be an interesting fit.

Gahiji, Honored One seems like it would do what you want. It's not flashy, but it's Naya, it supports wider strategies, and has a buffing theme.

I would suggest Reflective Golem for your deck as well.

Soul's Might and Soul's Majesty might have value here. (In fact, there's a whole "turn power/toughness into things" subtheme you could do.) Majesty looks like it would be absolute lulz with Mirrorwing Dragon. As does its little brother Aggressive Urge.

I'd consider Marisi, Breaker of the Coil to be an interesting choice.
With your opponents not being able to cast spells during combat your Giant Growths get a lot more scary. Goading helps with potential blockers and you get to run Zada, Hedron Grinder, Feather, the Redeemed, Mavinda, Students' Advocate, Mirrorwing Dragon, ...

ps. Don't forget to pack your Precursor Golem

I want to suggest Kalamax, the Stormsire. You can cut a lot of the little creatures and just Giant Growth this big boy. He'll be an 11/11. Give him some kind of evasion and save a counterspell.

I played this in Naya a while ago, because I wanted to use cards like Gargos, Vicious Watcher, Wild Defiance and Season of Growth. I played Rienne, as a boilerplate Naya general that could help me out with Feather and some other multicolour dorks who didn't mind not dying forever.

This was pre-Kaldheim, so there's a lot of gimmes that aren't here (like Mavinda).

A lot of good suggestions here. I'm still not really sure what commander to play.

Marisi seems ok but I'm kinda worried that I will run out of gas really fast. Hands that are 2-3 pump spells, 2-3 creatures and 2-3 lands feel like they fizzle really fast.

I could also run some sort partner mix like tymna+tana, kraum+sidar etc.

Maintaining enough cards to keep rolling is definitely going to be a challenge in this kind of list. Feather can obviously help, but in cases where you don't draw Feather, you're still going to sputter out pretty quickly. There's a few cards that let you draw off of targeting them or targeting your own things (Season of Growth, Gnarlback Rhino, Triton Fortune Hunter). Archmage Emeritus will let you draw off of every pump spell (given it's an instant or sorcery). There's also all kinds of draw engines you can include, like The Great Henge, Bident of Thassa, etc.

I think if you want to run a Partner pair, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder is a must-have as the double strike + lifelink will be huge for maximizing your returns on pump spells. You then likely want U+G as your other two colors, so you probably go with Thrasios, Triton Hero, who gives you a mana outlet that draws cards for later in the game.

Tana is also a good option, but your secondary has to be the UW bird then.

it may not be in the colors wanted but Tanazir Quandrix might be worth checking out. I goldfished a deck idea with a bunch of tiny unblockable creatures and giant growth effects but never got around to building it
