You may find some ideas in my old idea bag of Kestia stuff, obviously not budget but there're tons of cheap cards in there:

https://deckbox.org/sets/2159725

The few killer cards tha tjump out at me from my memory:

Hypnotic Siren - this card is a ridiculous bomb in kestia. grab somene's dude, draw cards with it, end up with a creature post sweeper.

Control Magic - bomb with kestia and cheaps

Whitewater Naiads is a huge source of evasion that draws cards

Silent Sentinel deceptively powerful card in slower games

Spirit Loop - lifelink great on a budget, recursion awesome

Rancor similar to spirit loo

Thaumatog / Auratog can create some really nice loops with the cheap recurring enchantments

--------------------------------------------------------

Also, philosophically speaking I think you probably have too much card draw and not enough ramp. Kestia is an absurd source of CA and protecting or recasting her is usually going to be better than other things you can be doing. You still probably want some CA, like eidolon ofc, but stuff like Cosima just seems not really right

Thanks! Got to play the first major game tonight, and it did take a bit of time to get going. I'll definitely have to look into these suggestions.
