Are tokens really that strong now?
There was a lot of token generation going on in New Capenna, I think this card was made because they feared that they made token strategies to powerful.
On the plus side, it can be dealt with pretty easily if you're in either of the main colors for tokens; just destroy it before its ability resolves. But it sucks for storm decks planning on comboing out with Empty the Warrens.
