This lends credibility to the "Bugbear Land" that was leaked a while ago. For the card itself, it seems playable in both limited and commander. I like the "comes into play untapped if you control few lands" clause, as it can help mitigate early mana screw. On turn 1 and 2, this is effectively a swamp anyway, and the activated ability usually doesn't come online until turn 5 anyway.

I can honestly say, I am not a fan of the "module" treatment, but I guess it's a nostalgic feel for the people who play magic who also played 2nd edition D&D.
